1. Who we are
This website, entice.ro (the “Site”), is operated by Entice Concept SRL (“Entice,” “we,” “us”), the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
- Registered office: Bulevardul Chișinău nr. 4, Bucharest, Romania
- Unique Registration Code (CUI): 36007654
- Trade Register number: J40/6117/2016
- Contact for privacy matters: hello@entice.ro
We are a small business and are not legally required to appoint a Data Protection Officer. For any question about your data, contact us at the address above.
2. Scope
This policy explains what personal data we collect through the Site — principally through the “Book the Audit” form — why we process it, the legal basis for doing so, who we share it with, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Romanian data-protection law.
3. What data we collect
Data you give us through the Audit form. When you request a free Experience Audit, we collect the information you enter: your name, work email address, company/brand, and (optionally) phone number, together with the business information you choose to provide — your sector and size, the decision-maker, your offering, your guests/clients, the priority journey, current signals, the context for your enquiry, and preferred session logistics.
Technical data processed automatically. Our hosting provider processes standard server and access data — such as your IP address, browser type, and request logs — for the purpose of delivering the Site securely. We do not use this to identify you personally.
Cookies. The Site uses only strictly-necessary technical cookies required for it to function and be served securely. We do not currently use advertising, marketing, or third-party tracking cookies. If we ever introduce non-essential cookies or analytics that require it, we will ask for your consent first through a cookie banner. See Section 9.
4. Why we use your data, and our legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6) |
|---|---|
| To respond to your Audit request, prepare, and deliver the free Audit and its report | Art. 6(1)(b) — steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract; and/or Art. 6(1)(a) — your consent |
| To contact you about your enquiry and arrange the session | Art. 6(1)(b) / 6(1)(a) |
| To keep the Site secure, prevent abuse, and maintain hosting logs | Art. 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in a secure service |
We do not use your data for marketing, newsletters, or profiling. We will not add you to any mailing list without your separate, explicit consent.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers (“processors”) who help us run the Site, under data-processing agreements:
- Supabase — database hosting for form submissions. Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt region).
- Vercel — website hosting and content delivery; processes technical/log data. Vercel is US-based; transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
- Email correspondence — when we reply to your enquiry we use our own business email account. If we later adopt a dedicated third-party email provider, we will name it here.
We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
6. International transfers
Where a processor is located outside the European Economic Area (e.g., Vercel in the United States), the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards under GDPR Chapter V — Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You may request a copy of the relevant safeguards from us.
7. How long we keep it
We retain Audit-form submissions for 24 months from our last contact with you, after which they are deleted — unless we enter into an engagement, in which case the relevant data is retained for the duration of that engagement and any period required by law (e.g., accounting obligations). You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see Section 8).
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data; correct inaccurate data; request erasure; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and, where processing is based on consent, to withdraw that consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). To exercise any of these, email us at hello@entice.ro. We respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority: Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP) — B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28–30, Sector 1, Bucharest; anspdcp@dataprotection.ro; www.dataprotection.ro. (Verify current contact details before publishing.)
9. Cookies
The Site currently uses only strictly-necessary cookies, which do not require consent. If we later add analytics or other non-essential technologies, we will use a consent mechanism that lets you accept or reject them, and we will update this policy. Our preference is privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that require no tracking.
10. Security
We apply appropriate technical measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), database access controls, and row-level security that prevents public read access to submitted data. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
11. Children
The Site and our services are directed at businesses and professionals, not children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version; material changes will be reflected on this page.
