1. About these terms
This website, entice.ro (the “Site”), is operated by Entice Concept SRL (“Entice,” “we,” “us”) — CUI 36007654, Trade Register no. J40/6117/2016, registered office Bulevardul Chișinău nr. 4, Bucharest, Romania. By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. The Site and its content
The Site is provided for general information about Entice’s experience-design services and the Goosebump platform. Content is offered in good faith but may be updated or changed at any time without notice. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, professional advice, or a guarantee of results.
3. The free Experience Audit
Submitting the “Book the Audit” form is a request for a free Audit — it does not create a contract or oblige either party. Entice may accept or decline any request at its discretion, and any subsequent engagement (Workshop, Architecture, Sprints, Run, or use of the Goosebump platform) is governed by a separate written agreement. The Audit and any report we provide are offered for your consideration and do not constitute a warranty of specific outcomes.
4. Intellectual property
The Site’s design, text, and the Entice and Goosebump brands, together with our methods, templates, and materials, are owned by Entice Concept SRL or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share the Site for personal or internal business use, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or exploit our content commercially without our prior written permission.
Certain frameworks we reference — including the Progression of Economic Value and the Experience Economy — are the work of B. Joseph Pine II and James H. Gilmore of Strategic Horizons LLP, credited on the Site; their intellectual property remains theirs. Our materials build on that thinking to deliver our own practice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting its operation or security, submitting false or unlawful information through our forms, or using automated means to scrape or harvest data. We may restrict access to anyone who breaches these terms.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, strategichorizons.com). We provide these for convenience and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of external sites.
7. No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site’s availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising from them or from use of the Site is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
